The Company

Our Client is a world leading provider of international tax consultancy and trust services to corporate groups, businesses, entrepreneurs, expatriates, private individuals and families. As an independent service provider, they offer a broad choice of services, from tax advice to corporate and trust governance, accountancy and wealth management and protection.
They currently have offices in London, Lugano, Dublin, Dubai, Panama, Monte Carlo and Luxembourg.

The role

The successful candidate will report to a member of the Executive Board and founding Partner of the Group while working alongside other Senior Managers together with the support of the team.

The candidate, who will be familiar with profit and loss statements and budgeting, will be in charge of a portfolio of clients to develop with innovative and strategic solutions for the business.

He or she will also be responsible for all aspects of client services as well as be in charge of the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex international structures.

Therefore, good interpersonal skills, ability to form lasting relationships with high profile clients, bankers, lawyers and others in the performance of these tasks is required.


The Person

• Minimum 2-3 years previous experience as a Manager in an international environment or as a Lawyer/Accountant with a specialisation in international tax. Must hold a relevant professional qualification, consultancy experience will be an advantage

• Significant experience in International Tax Planning matters including application of Double Tax Treaties and Trust Corporate administration services

• Significant experience of private clients, including management of related on-shore / off-shore structures and trusts. The reference to structures is set out for fiscal purposes & other purposes

• Competent in the execution and supervision of daily administrative and fiduciary tasks as well as in the development of new business

• Good commercial sense and business acumen

• Strong communication and organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise

• Fluent in English and Italian, with other languages being a plus
