landtax llp provides specialist taxation advice, both advisory and compliance, principally to the land owning sector (and private clients more generally). Whilst we do not practice as Chartered Accountants, the practice is ICAEW regulated.
We have a vacancy for a tax specialist to join a team of consultants based in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire.
This role involves a high degree of autonomy and you should be comfortable working on your own responsibly directly to your clients within in a niche private client practice.
You will be responsible for all aspects of your clients’ tax affairs and would need to work in conjunction with our clients’ other advisers.
You will need to be at least one of ACA/ACCA, CTA, ATT and TEP, with experience of working within a tax environment in a practicing firm and have a high degree of self motivation. The work includes Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and advice in relation to trusts. Specific knowledge of the land owning sector is not a prerequisite and it is expected most applicants will need some training in areas less familiar to them.
