M&A Tax Senior Manager, London / City / Docklands

This Big 4 M&A team is currently experiencing an impressive level of growth and requires a corporate tax advisory senior manager to handle a portfolio of projects for one of the firm’s prestigious private equity client’s.

The role will offer exposure to all aspects of the deal process both for corporate transactions as well as the growing private equity deal flow. London is one of the main bases for this client and the person will be expected to project manage deals on a global basis. The right person will also have excellent client relationship skills and will be able to mentor and develop less experienced members of staff.

The ideal candidate will have an M&A background at a Big 4/Tier A firm or in industry and be already a senior manager aspiring towards director. For the right person the role offers a clear and quick route to director.
