Senior Manager - Mergers & Acquisition

Working at the heart of M&A this high regarded Tax team is interested to speak with tax professionals with a proven track record in M&A.  A sharp increase in deal flow has resulted in a need to add to the team with an experienced Manager and Senior Manager. In this position you will be able to benefit form the exclusive relationships with large and mid- cap private equity houses, real estate and infrastructure funds and you will also be supporting portfolio of companies which will provide you with a broad range of work.

The Role:

The successful candidate will play key roles working with both corporates and private equity houses gaining exposure to all aspects of the deal cycle including corporate tax planning, cross border M&A, private equity transactions and post merger integration.

The Person:

You will be ACA qualified or equivalent and have excellent transactional tax experience gained in a professional services firm.
