Global construction company is looking to add a Head of International Tax to manage its relatively new presence in certain oversees territories. This business has changed immensely over the past 5 years and is expanding its team to meet the demand

The key elements to this role include managing and strategising overseas reporting processes, corporate restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, global mobility and planning. You will also be responsible for managing the relevant decentralised Tax Managers abroad. There may be a bit of travel involved, but this is a very exciting opportunity.

We are looking for someone able to hit the ground running – someone able to pick projects up and run with them. The relevant technical abilities are of course relevant, but so is the ability to manage people and use your persuasion powers effectively.
