Senior Tax manager

1) Whilst the practice is compliance driven, it requires advisory skills to assist companies plan their tax affairs in Oman. Excellent knowledge of international tax in the ares of Double Tax Treaties, interpreting terms like permanent establishment, royalties etc is required.

2) The person should have be able to communicate effectively; develop submissions to be made to the tax authorities and have persuasive skills in getting our clients views accepted by the tax authorities;

4) Be able to effectively review work of Mangers and add value in the process; motivate them and the rest of the staff and help then enhance their performance and realise their potential;

5) Be strong in developing relationships and pursue BD.
