You are likely to be an ACA and / or CTA qualified senior manager / director with strong SME tax expertise. You may even be a very ambitious manager with great confidence in your ability (and the vision) to fast track to partnership. You will also have the aptitude and drive to sell tax services in the local marketplace. A positive and forward thinking approach to client work is essential as is the ability to play a major role in the office’s business development activities.
