The role In this demanding management and leadership, the Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for several large mandates. They will lead staff ensuring that their team works professionally as well as effectively. The Senior Tax Manager will: · Work closely with their team and can contribute effectively in order to contribute to cost optimization for assignments in the company · Ensure that their team completes the tax returns for expatriates and review the processes and quality of tax returns and the answers to questions in this context · Advise international companies with expatriates in Switzerland · Create complex tax concepts such as the tax-planning implications · Handle of stock options, pension or social security issues The Candidate The ideal candidate will: · Have at least 5-7 years of tax experience, with at least 2-3 years specialising in the area of IES tax · Experienced in Swiss Tax within a Big 4 firm (MUST HAVE) · Fluent German and English |
