Mixed Tax Advisory Manager / Assistant Manager

An experienced tax advisory manager or assistant manager is required to join one of the regions leading independent firms. As one of the most visible firms of their size, they are offering an interesting and technically challenging position for the successful applicant. Working closely with the senior manager you will be involved with a full range of advisory assignments including: shareholder planning, share schemes, estate planning, corporate re-organisations & de-mergers, share valuations, clearance applications, R&D claims and capital allowance projects.  Clearly the ideal candidate will have previous experience of a broad range of tax advisory issues, and ideally will have a relevant professional qualification and it would also be useful to have had some experience in dealing with HMRC enquires. Fantastic career progression and diverse work is on offer, whilst working with ex-big four tax professionals who can help further develop your technical knowledge.
