Indirect Tax Manager, North West / Manchester

This leading Top 10 firm seeks an experienced Manager to join their Manchester indirect tax team which has recently been established as the firm’s indirect tax hub for the northern region. This varied and interesting role will appeal to VAT Candidates with a proven background in managing a varied portfolio of clients / advisory projects. The work will involve managing the indirect tax relationship with a number of key clients as well as providing technical advice in advisory projects, undertaking VAT reviews and also assisting the Director in winning and developing new client relationships. Candidates with experience in duty work rather than pure VAT specialists will also be considered as the indirect tax team is also very active in this area. Additionally VAT candidates who would like to gain experience in duty work would be given the opportunity. The team is very busy and prospects for further growth in indirect tax work are very good add to that the quality of the work on offer, this is a real opportunity for candidates looking to progress their career within a dynamic, non - big 4 environment.
