Don't dilute your ambitions; work purely on transactional related work with our client's rapidly expanding M&A team. You will be part of a group of teams working in partnership with Corporates and International Private Equity Houses. Develop your skill set and your own client portfolio as you experience all aspects of the deal cycle within this exciting field.

The client's M&A Tax Team consists of a well established group of specialists who work exclusively on transaction related work. Their functional and industry specialist teams provide a centrally co-ordinated, multidisciplinary team which delivers real value to the transaction process. They leverage this expertise across their global network to provide independent, objective and focused advice and analysis to assist in both buy-side and sell-side M&A roles. As a Senior Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high profile projects advising UK and international clients on transactional and M&A issues.

Joining their team will allow you to expand your horizons due to the breadth and variety or work they can offer. Gain exposure to all aspects of the deal cycle from international corporate tax planning, cross-border M&A, large private equity transactions and post-acquisition implementation. In addition you will be responsible for client business development and providing support to your team.

Their services include: Post merger integration, M&A tax, Sale and purchase agreements and Structuring of debt advisory services.

Ideally you be ACA or equivalent qualified, have prior M&A experience gained in a professional services firm, the desire and motivation to advance your career in the M&A field, ambition with a track record of providing tax advice to large international clients, excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to analyse information and identify issues and prioritise them.
