This international firm have ambitious plans for future growth in Southampton which is part of the wider South team, one of the largest practices of its kind outside London. As an experienced Manager/Senior Manager with a strong external focus on the local market there would be a real opportunity for you to contribute to the future growth of the practice whilst enjoying on going support from a dedicated leadership team.

As an Employment Tax specialist, you will:

  • Provide employment tax consulting service to clients, relating to PAYE/NIC remuneration planning, salary sacrifice, terminations/redundancies, and restructuring/transaction issues;
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice through your own led business development initiatives;
  • Manage less experienced colleagues, including delegating work, training and development and appraisals;
  • Have knowledge of wider employment tax issues relating to equity based remuneration and international assignments in order to identify opportunities where the wider team can add value.

To qualify, you will have:

  • A working knowledge of a range of UK employment tax issues;
  • A strong record of, and an aptitude towards developing business and relationships through your own initiatives;
  • Experience of managing, coaching and developing less experienced staff;
  • CTA qualified preferred but not essential.
