Senior Manager - Executive reward - London

The role is varied and will include providing advice to global and UK based companies around reward strategy, pay structure design, bonus scheme design and performance management. This means you will have an opportunity to develop real breadth and depth to both your advisory and technical skills.

You will be involved in a range of projects - from small scale engagements to large multi-faceted ones across a variety of industries. This is a new area where they are building eminence and work closely with other teams within the wider Global Employment Services group. This means that there is ample room for career development and progression.

The role involves:

  • Providing advice to clients around reward strategy, pay structure design and bonus scheme designs.
  • Providing advice to clients around performance management
  • Leading small and large client engagements - in a truly peripatetic role
  • Managing and motivating a team
  • Proactively looking at business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of the practice

To be considered you must possess:

  • Solid reward experience - both service delivery and design
  • Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working within a blue chip consulting environment
