You will be responsible for managing day to day client relationships, communicating with engagement teams, managing a small team and have the opportunity to truly develop your tax technical skills. As a Manager within their expatriate team you will play an integral part in streamlining the tax return process and liaising between engagement teams and their clients. As an expatriate tax specialist, you will: • Manage all day to day aspects of their client engagements. • Be the primary contact point for both the corporate clients and the individual expatriates. • Manage engagement teams to ensure that everyone is delivering for their clients • Responsibility for the delivery of technical advice to their clients, reviewing work and providing coaching to less experienced colleagues • Management of the tax return compliance process, addressing any concerns and ensuring the compliance process runs smoothly • Be involved in technical analysis of remuneration plans and expatriate tax positions To qualify, you will have: • ATT/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience • Experience of preparing, reviewing and signing off UK tax returns • The ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels • Experience of managing small teams • Experience of year end process, modified PAYE, NIC and expatriate P11d's would be beneficial, but not essential |
