Senior Manager - Corporate Tax - Finance & Treasury - London

• Raising debt and equity;
• Hedging financial risks like FX and interest rates;
• Debt restructuring and buy back;
• Tax efficient capital structures;
• IFRS and tax;
• Structured Finance.

The team work closely with all their colleagues in corporate tax in a team based approach to helping their clients manage the risks and spot the opportunities. They also work cross service line with their colleagues in Corporate Finance and Audit.

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate:

• ACA qualified or equivalent;
• Significant UK corporate Tax experience including exposure to the loan relationships and derivative contracts rules;
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and challenging area of tax law;
• Effective people management and client relationship skills.
