Work in Private Equity -ACA 0-4 yrs

Are you a recently qualified ACA with between 1-3 years experience looking for more than just a straight forward tax role?

Our client is a financial institution who look at private equity deals for investors . They have a number of transactions teams set up whom have dealt with some extremely high profile and profitable deals in the last 3 years. One of the teams now require an Associate to join the team and assist with all aspects of a deal.

Production of spread-sheet based financial valuation models that are used to assess potential investments;
� Identifying key commercial drivers to transactions;
� Understanding sensitivities and stress testing deals;
� Auditing and documenting models;
� Liaison with and project management of third party due diligence advisors: accountants, lawyers and
industry experts;
� Supervising graduate analyst.

Knowledge ideally required:

Financial Instruments & Markets;
Corporate Finance Theory;
Valuation Methodologies;
Accounting;
Risk Management;
Knowledge of acquisition structuring and financing.

The firm have set a high criteria so you must be ACA qualified from a Big 4/Top 10 accounting firms or bank with excellent academics (at least a 2:1). You should have an extremely commercial outlook and have the desire and hunger to work in a private equity deal focused role. You may be in a tax, accounting or corporate finance role and looking for this entry level into one of the leading PE houses.

Salary ranges from £50,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and benefits.
