FTSE 100 Tax Role

Good first move from practice offered by this major international group seeking an ACA or CTA to join one of their teams. Specific responsibilities include:

�?� Dealing with UK compliance matters arising from subsidiaries

�?� Looking after associated International tax issues

�?� Assist / monitor the tax information reporting systems

�?� Preparation of half and full year tax provisions for accounts and review of accounts disclosure.

�?� Technical queries - liaise with external tax professionals on an ad hoc & project basis in an effective manner.

Including support in relation to UK and overseas structures and undertaking some tax modelling.

Ideal candidates will be qualified tax professionals either from a professional or commercial background and with proven tax accounting experience.The role will suit inquisitive self starters who are keen to prove themselves in a commercial environment. The Tax Team has a high profile in the group and you must be able to manage relationships with operating business units and influence senior staff.
