The second quarter of 2010 has been unprecedented with the number new of international tax vacancies that have arisen in the market. Pro-Tax have been instructed on 7 new international tax roles with a variety of firms. The signs for this year are very encouraging and the fact that we are seeing so many international roles, leads us to believe the same optimism is being felt overseas.

International Tax Manager or Senior Manager - FS

Our client is a leading professional services provider who now require a Manager or Senior Manager with experience of tax efficient financing structures, debt and equity capital market tax trades, loan relationships (repos, disguised interest etc) and domestic tax planning structures using non-resident entities. Ideally you will be with a Big 4, within a bank or legal practice and be ready to join the markets most up and coming team. OMB International Tax Assistant Manager or Manager

This Top 10 firm of chartered accountants have a great base of owner managed business with international structures. They are now recruiting for an Assistant Manager or Manager with UK or international tax experience gained from a practice or legal environment. You should be proficient with CFC rules, withholding tax and sub v branch issues. This is a great role for a highly client facing manager who has the drive to make Senior Manager in the short. International Tax Manager

This major European conglomerate has a need for a well rounded International Tax Manager to sit in one of their key functional offices based in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for both the compliance and transactions tax issues for Europe, with the support of external advisors, so you will need to be a technically robust with good project management skills.
