UK Tax Compliance Controller

Time Warner is a leading player in the global media and entertainment market. Our businesses include filmed entertainment, television networks, publishing and interactive games. We are looking for an experienced Compliance Controller to join the existing Time Warner International tax team based in London.

Ideally a qualified accountant with a solid grounding in CTSA and tax accounting, your principal responsibility will be to prepare corporation tax returns and financial tax information disclosures for a major division within Time Warner.

Reporting to the European Tax Manager, you will also assist with film tax credit and R & D credit claims and transfer pricing reports. A good knowledge of US GAAP and US tax compliance is preferred, as you will also report to the US tax department on cash flows, quarterly and year end tax provisions and provide information required for US tax returns.

You will be a self starter able to work on complex tasks and an enthusiastic communicator who can explain tax accounting issues in a straightforward manner to non tax specialists throughout the group.
