Manage, build and expand a portfolio of Private Client Taxclients, acting as their first point of contact and managing the delivery of both tax and other specialist assignments to scope and budget.
- Lead the planning and delivery of PCT assignments for a designated range of clientsand specialist assignments, coordinating all relevant input to meet client needs, compliance standards and budget. - Set work standards, monitor and provide technical guidance to team, taking appropriate remedial action to ensure work is delivered on time and/or to budget, to client needs and documented to company standards, providing appropriate coaching and feedback, as necessary. - Ensure that the Account Manager is made aware of any potential overruns, with recommendations in order to Candidates must have UK personal tax experience, likely gained from working within a UK practice.
