Mixed Tax Senior Manager - Partnership Prospects - Lincolnshire

This highly regarded independent firm of accountants is looking for a leader to push the tax department on and grow the successful client base that has been established over the past few years. This role encompasses all areas of tax and deals mainly with owner managers and their businesses. You will also be actively involved in the departmental management.
You must have the following abilities:

•A comprehensive knowledge of capital taxes and the ability to be proactive in this sector.
•Knowledge of the taxation strategies that exist within the market place.
•The ability to manage and service high net worth individuals.
•Sound knowledge of the corporate tax legislation and experience of advising on corporate mergers/de-mergers, sales, purchases and structures.
•Have a good understanding of the specific taxation rules relating to agriculture .
•A sound knowledge of personal and CGT.
•Leadership and the ability to mentor more junior team members.
•Active involvement in business development such as attendance at client pitches and networking events.
•Involvement with the financial management of the tax department including billing and budgeting.

You will also be driven, a technically excellent problem solver and a very good communicator (both written and verbal communication). You will ideally be ACCA/ACA/CTA/ICAS qualified with experience of dealing with the agricultural sector.
