Highly quality expatriate tax work is not the sole preserve of the Big 4. Our client has built a respected team of expat tax / IAS advisors, many of whom are ex Big 4 - attracted by greater autonomy, more client contact and a clearer/swifter route for progression. They are now keen to hire an additional IAS Manager, to handle a range of ongoing assignment programmes for them. Reporting to the head of department, you will take responsibility for advisory and compliance work including arrival and departure planning, global engagement management, payroll modification and tax equalisation. You will also play a part in developing new business, as well as training junior members of staff. In short, each of the 'building blocks' for progression to senior management will be provided and you will be assisted to develop.
