International Personal Tax Assistant Manager or Manager

Our client is a Top 20 accountancy firm, this is an unusual opportunity for a private client specialist with an interest in international tax matters to specialise in international personal tax. Your portfolio will be more varied than the average large programme work found in expatriate tax teams in the Big 4, instead you will deal with small programmes of expatriates who are often the executives or leaders of a business, some will be high net worth individuals, you will even deal with football clubs and footballers. You will have the opportunity to also get involved in employment tax work. Would suit an ambitious personal tax senior (with some experience of residence and domicile issues) looking for a step up to assistant manager or an assistant manager looking at a manager role. It is likely that you will have a minimum of 4 years’ private client experience and will be excited about the prospect of doing tax planning work. You will already have some experience of dealing with international tax issues (you may for example have completed a secondment to an expatriate tax team). You may currently be based in London and looking for the opportunity to move to the North West and perhaps take advantage of better housing prices.
