We have a key opportunity within our Group Compensations and Benefits team for a high-calibre global mobility tax specialist with a strong understanding of UK / European employment tax as well as prior experience of International assignments in a corporate group. This role would see you providing advice and guidance to the business on these matters, as well as managing day-to-day relationships with external suppliers, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders on international moves. To do this, you will ideally be tax qualified and require expertise in UK tax compliance, as well as strong communications and partnering skills.

Specific Areas of Role Accountability:

•Benchmarking market practice.
•Tax equalization and reporting compliance
•Primary focus on UK compliance / employment tax opportunities: reporting share schemes, RTI, market trends and tax effective compensation ideas
•Support to Europe and the US
•Establishing strong relationships with UK tax authorities
•Manage external vendors
•Partner with HR, Tax and Payroll functions
•Monitoring compliance
