Corporate Tax Advisor - Southampton

This Big Four firm is looking for strong candidates with UK Corporate Tax experience to contribute to their advisory offering to a client base including large UK based multinationals and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Planning and effecting successful Corporate Tax projects for high end clients, advising clients on commercially sound tax opportunities for their business;


• Taking leading responsibility for client liaison and client service, undertaking full tax services for a client portfolio;


• Seeking and developing new clients through networking and managing existing clients;


• Coaching and appraising less experienced members of the team; reviewing Corporate Tax compliance work and identifying client opportunities for better tax management.

Experience required:

You will be a good team player and excellent communicator, with confident presentation and negotiation skills to ensure effective client relationships. You must have relevant UK Corporate Tax experience to apply for this role. Strong technical skills are essential and a proactive mindset to sport opportunities for commercial advice. You will have good project management opportunities and be able to problem solve effectively and innovatively. ACA/ATA or an equivalent technical qualification is desirable, and you will be prepared to study for a CTA qualification under the support of the team.
