Here are some things you can expect from this Transfer Pricing Manager role. · Making quality second nature. This means doing what’s right even when no one’s looking. You’ll have been responsible for transfer pricing projects related to international tax, tax reassurance, indirect tax and innovation consulting, providing alternative transfer pricing methodologies. · Be a part of a team. You’ll engage with our internal staff to coach and mentor as well as building strong relationships with our clients · Take responsibility. A manager must present solutions to increasingly complex technical issues, demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge in own service area to develop solutions to complex technical issues and manage a team in demanding assignments on a day to day basis. · Build your brand. You’ll be coordinating with transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams on wider tax issues so you’ll have every opportunity to build your brand both within and outside of the firm. The minimum criteria You will be a qualified tax professional with a good technical knowledge of transfer pricing. Skills to set you apart Here are a few more skills we are looking for. Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box. It’s important for us to support you in your role and help you to develop along the way. · Working knowledge of transfer pricing regimes internationally, OECD rules, BEPs project work and thin cap (minimum criteria) · Experience working in a professional services firm, coaching and mentoring junior staff to grow the team · You’ll possess knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation as well as having working knowledge in other jurisdictions Do you care about the same things we do?
