Corporate Tax Senior Manager

This international firm is looking for an ACA/ICAS/CTA qualified corporate tax senior manager to join their advisory team based in Liverpool.  This role comes with very real prospects of progression to Director in the medium term so you must be a high performing senior manager with experience of undertaking man management, business development, financial management and technical responsibilities. 

Your client portfolio will include UK listed, PE backed, inbound and family owned groups and you will work on a broad variety of technical areas such as tax due diligence, structuring, international tax, R&D and succession planning. 

You will liaise with other specialist teams in the firm and will also be involved in business development initiatives and the coaching of junior team members.  You must therefore have fantastic communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to both clients and team members.
