Property Tax Assistant Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing property tax team.  You will manage a client portfolio including private sector investors (many of whom have international links), local entrepreneurs and Local Authorities.  Projects you will work on can range from advising on the tax implications of building large towers in London, shopping centres in the North West and new housing estates across the UK.

Initially you will work closely with the managers in your team but over time you will be expected to drive the tax advice on a wide range of projects and become the first point of contact within the tax team.

The team has strong links with other specialties within the firm including SDLT and corporate tax compliance.  You must therefore have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building both internal and client relationships.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team offering the right individual very real prospects of promotion to manager in the next 18 months - 2 years.

You must be ACA/ICAS/CTA with a strong knowledge of UK corporate taxes.  It would also be advantageous to have an understanding of and interest in the property developer and investment sector.
