Job Details
A Growing Fintech based in Central London has created a new role which could accommodate a Tax Manager working part-time (4 days a week). Reporting to the International Tax Director the role would stretch across compliance, reporting, transfer pricing and VAT.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of quarterly current and deferred tax provisions under US GAAP for UK and non-UK entities and tax disclosures for IFRS statutory accounts
- Management of the compliance process, outsourced to Big 4
- Preparation of VAT returns and Transfer Pricing documentation
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of tax provisioning and oversight over compliance. As is the case with a small team in a growing business, they are looking for someone adaptable as the business grows into new territories or various tax queries come to you.
