Job Details

A brand new role for an International Employment Tax Manager has been created in this newly formed Tax team for a truly global business that has seen phenomenal growth since it's creation 3 years ago. The Group is extremely ambitious with a strong entrepreneurial feel, their success in the past 3 years has meant they are already operating in over 150 countries and are valued at over $1.2billion.

The international nature of the business means you will be fully remote and therefore could be based in UK, Europe or Israel. You will be working in a Big 4 Accountancy firm with experience of employment tax issues across multiple complex territories with key responsibilities listed below:

  • Partner with the business to plan individual tax and other benefits to employees and contractors globally.
  • Be a "go to" expert contact for the business with any human capital related tax issues
  • Ensure compliance and reporting obligations are met and correct
