National firm seeking to recruit at Tax Assistant level into specialist personal tax team in Northampton.  Ideal role for someone with some personal tax exposure seeking to further their career within leading practice.

Your new role
Working with an impressive client base of personal tax clients which includes wealthy individuals, partners, directors and non-residents, you will support your clients with their tax compliance through building excellent relationships, producing accurate and timely tax returns and day to day tax advice.  You will look after your own client portfolio with tax matters ranging from straightforward tax returns to more complex and technically challenging returns.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally possess some prior experience in a personal tax role, will have a good overall academic background.  You will ideally be either working towards ATT qualifications (or similar) or will have recently completed the ATT.  You must be able to prioritise work effectively, work as part of a team and be able to build rapport with your portfolio of clients.

The firm operate a hybrid working pattern.  At Tax Assistant level, the expected working pattern will be 3-4 days office working as a minimum to enable you to gain the support and training required to develop and learn from more senior colleagues.
