Private Client Senior Manager / Director

This highly regarded 6 partner firm of Accountants in Wigan are looking for an ACA/CTA/ICAS qualified Private Client Tax Specialist to take responsibility for all areas of private client tax advisory work. This role comes with a very real possibility of fast track to partnership for the right candidate.

The client base is varied and the firm works with large OMBs, privately owned companies and entrepreneurial clients both in the North West and also on a national level. A number of the projects will involve giving technical advice around M&A issues and considering the interaction of taxes. Technical areas you will need experience of include:

• Shareholder issues on transactions / MBOs
• Reorganisations
• Remuneration planning
• Share schemes
• Wealth tax planning
• EIS/SEIS

You must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in practice, ideally from a large or medium sized firm and be an excellent communicator who is confident when attending client meetings and talking clients through complex areas of the tax legislation.
