Personal Tax Senior working for a top 20 accountancy firm based in Manchester City Centre

Your new firm
Your new firm is a well known and respected accountancy practice with offices across the UK. They have a few offices across the North West, with their largest based in Manchester City Centre. The firm provide a full range of accountancy services and have around 90-100 employees within their Manchester hub. Due to increased workload and growth within their tax team are they now looking to bring in Tax Senior to join their private client team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working in a already strong and exciting private client team, working closely with senior managers, directors and partners to deliver a varied workload. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and get involved in a mixture of both compliance and advisory tasks. The main bulk of the clients you will be working with are HNWIs, Entrepreneurs and international parties. You will get involved in preparing and submitting tax returns for your clients, but also regularly advice on capital gains, inheritance, trusts and succession planning.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit someone who is CTA qualified, however they would be open to tax seniors who are AAT or ATT qualified. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in tax, working in both compliance and having some basic advisory experience.
