Share Plans Manager / Assistant Manager

I am working closely with an excellent professional services business, who are going through an exciting time of growth, and looking to expand their share schemes team, after winning a number of new clients.

The opportunity will sit in the people-focussed Employer Services tax team. My client is looking at recruiting at a number of levels depending on skill set.

You will design and deliver share schemes solutions for a number of clients. This will also include business development and selling the schemes. This will include preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and grow and develop relationships with clients, as well as internally.

You will have experience of share scheme incentive programmes, from a Consultancy background, as well as experience influencing clients. You will also have good project management experience.
