Tax & Treasury Recruitment Specialists (TTRS) are delighted to be recruiting for a Top 10 firm who are looking to bolster their VAT service line in Birmngham.

As the successful candidate you are likely to be an ambitious individual who is looking to join a progressive and diverse team who have experienced a very strong year to date. You will be providing both advisory and compliance service to an array of clients across the corporate sector where you will gain exposure to businesses in the FTSE100 and FTSE 250, alongside working with private equity and privately owned businesses.

Your primary role will be to deal with the management of an envious client portfolio and assist with the development of these clients as the department continues to grow. Key to ensuring success is being able to pro-actively manage your own workload and communicating effectively with senior management.

To be considered for this role prior UK VAT experience is essential as well as an in-depth knowledge of recent key updates within VAT. Experience of working within a practice firm is highly advantageous but those from an in-house background are encouraged to apply. Formal qualifications such as CTA/ACA while beneficial are not essential.
