Job Details

This is a newly created role to support the Group on its next phase of Growth.  The role will assisting with the development of the Group tax strategy and ongoing management of all aspects of the UK Group's corporate tax matters including overseeing VAT, employment taxes, liaising with advisors over compliance & tax planning.  Additionally, as the role develops there will be opportunity for project work including providing strategic tax input on M&A activity.

Big 4/Top 10 experience would be preferred, as well as holding a relevant professional qualification (ATT/ACA/CTA).  The candidate must be technically sound but with an ability to communicate technical matters and their implications effectively with various stakeholders.
The role will involve working largely unsupervised within the Group Finance team so the candidate must be self-motivated, responsive and proactive in managing the role.
