Job Details

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships, develop and continue to build successful teams, provide excellent client service and identify business development opportunities.
We service many sectors and many different types of clients offering a wide range of opportunity. The variety of work is a strength of the team, and typically if there’s something you want to get involved in, you will find it across the wider team. That doesn’t mean we don’t specialise too. Our Partners and Directors often specialise in different sectors; varying from Retail, International Tax, Real Estate, Private Enterprise and Public Sector to name a few.

The team:

At KPMG, our values define who we are and the way we do business. As a leading professional services firm, we know that our strength and capability come from our people: their different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds. From our inclusive leadership strategy, to our diversity and inclusion targets – we are making bold changes to who we are and what we do. Be part of it.

The MK team successfully operates in the local market and has recently moved office to nearer Bletchley. The team forms part of the wider London Region team which consists of 5 offices: MK, Watford, London, Gatwick and Cambridge. We work predominantly within our local teams but also work really well across office teams too.
Flexible working has always been part of our culture so the move to a more hybrid world is nothing new to us.

Company

KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of member firms. Through the talent of our c. 16,000 people in the UK we bring creativity, insight and experience to solve our clients’ and communities’ biggest problems. We’ve been doing this for more than 150 years.

Our work spans five areas: we audit many of the UK's largest companies. And our people in Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax & Law and Technology & Engineering work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, ranging from small start-ups and individuals to major multinationals, in virtually every industry imaginable.  Our work is often complex, yet our mission is simple: to support the UK in a connected world. It guides everything we do, underpinned by Our Values: Courage, Integrity, Excellence, Together and For Better. We use the power of our voice in UK business to spark debate, share ideas and bring about change, using our global network, to draw on expertise from beyond the UK's borders.

Thousands of people trust us with their careers. We return that trust by investing in their development – whatever stage they're at in their career. And we invest in technology, empowering and equipping our people to deliver outstanding work with real flexibility. The work's interesting, challenging and - at times – demanding but, by working together we achieve more for ourselves and our clients.

To get the very best outcomes for our clients and our communities, we want different perspectives and diversity of thought. We believe that gender, race or background shouldn't limit anyone's career potential and so we're working hard to recruit and retain people that represent the world we want to work in. We back this up with targets for inclusion, diversity and social equality and we'll hold ourselves accountable to them.

At KPMG you can be a part of something big, without having to be anybody but yourself.
