In-house International Tax Accountant - Manchester

The newly created position will support the International Tax Manager in a US multi-national organisation and be responsible for Uk &  European  direct and indirect tax compliance, planning and project management.

The role will provide an unrivalled platform to really get to know the business and develop your knowledge.

Areas of work

• Review of quarterly/year-end tax provisions and tax account reconciliations
• Oversee international tax compliance process, handling the  relationship with tax advisors
• Assist with international tax planning strategies and review existing structures
• Develop &  implement tax efficient transfer pricing policies,

It would be an ideal first move for an Assistant Manager or even new Manager as there is so much variety and scope. Ideally qualified you will have a solid grounding in UK corporate tax and ideally some international experience, however most importantly is an appetite to learn other taxes and expand your knowledge as support and training will be given.
