Your new role
Employed as this Company's Employment Tax Senior you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of each of their clients' pay and tax. This will involve IR35 regulations and working with Umbrella companies and Limited companies. You will be calculating the relevant taxes associated with being self-employed, reviewing employment contracts to amend and advise on relevant guidance. Supporting their clients with all year-end tax implications. Working closely with their IT/Tech Team ensuring all employee tax implications are covered in any new tech implementations. You will be supported by their experienced Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally possess experience dealing with employment tax matters such as self-employment status, knowledge of IR35, umbrella companies and limited companies. Experience reviewing employment contracts and amending documentation of this nature would also be beneficial.
