Real Estate Manager and Senior Manager

Our client, a well known advisory firm is looking for real estate specialists at manager and senior manager level.

Within this role, you will be at the forefront of tax technical expertise working alongside professionals who have an extensive industry and internal tax network and are very well respected and known within the world of real estate.

On a day to day basis, at Senior Manager, the succesful candidate will:

• Maintain relationships with clients and build new relationships, spotting business development opportunities.
• Deliver tax technical consulting projects.
• Build networks and relationships with external real estate contacts, and with internal teams.
• Supervise, coach and mentor staff.

At the Manager level, you will be working more on the delivery of advisory work to clients and working on multiple projects at one time.

To be considered for the Senior Manager level role, you need to have prior real estate experience but need not have worked in a pure real estate role. At the Manager level, you need not have real estate experience but you need to have corporate tax experience from a professional services background.

To apply, it is essential that you are qualified in either ACA, ACCA, CTA or tax legal qualification or the equivalent.
