Job Details

A 12 month fixed term contract has come up with the in-house tax team at this major international law firm in London.

The role would suit someone with a strong corporate tax or partnership tax background either currently contracting or who is permanent and could start in the next 2 -3 months.

The role will include:

  • Country-specific corporate tax compliance review and supporting regional finance teams with entity tax filings
  • Helping to manage the group’s transfer pricing compliance and queries
  • Providing ad-hoc tax advice on a variety of international tax issues
  • Advising on local tax exposures arising from withholding taxes
  • Preparation and filing of non-resident US tax returns
  • Liasing with advisers and tax authorities in the UK and overseas
  • Working with the Head of international tax on ongoing projects.
