up to £78,000 + bonus

Your opportunity

You will be part of this leading Big 4's national and global transfer pricing team, with an unrivalled client base of multinationals and UK groups with significant and varied intra-group transactions. This transfer pricing team delivers a comprehensive and innovative suite of transfer pricing services, providing expert advice on every aspect of transfer pricing including:

Optimisation of transfer pricing models;Operational aspects of implementing transfer pricing policies;Documentation; andTransfer pricing controversy including supporting clients through enquiries, APAs, MAPs and the UK Profit Diversion Compliance Facility.Their transfer pricing professionals work closely alongside their wider corporate tax teams and they have opportunities across a range of markets, including in the FTSE, Foreign Owned and Private markets.

Your role

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, your role will involve:

Project managing and supporting all aspects of work from the development of transfer pricing policies, through to compliance programmes and audit defence;Taking part in functional analysis interviews and undertaking economic analyses;Preparing transfer pricing documentation based on functional, comparability and economic analyses of the client's business;Working with senior staff, clients and HMRC in the development of advance pricing agreements and resolution of enquiries; andMentoring more junior members of the team, playing an active role in their development.Whilst this is a transfer pricing role, you will have knowledge of key issues across other inter-related areas, and will build your knowledge of other taxes and wider commercial issues.

You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include managing more junior members of the team within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.

As part of your role, you will receive continuous on the job training, including direct interaction with the partners, directors in this team, as well as extensive opportunities to interact with clients and targets.

Your professional experience

ACA, CTA or equivalent qualificationsTransfer pricing experience gained within a practice firm, a legal firm or industryCommercial awareness and the desire to understand your clients' businessesLooking for long term career in practice with opportunity to progress.
