International Tax M&A Tax- Senior Advisor

Our client has one of the largest financial services tax offerings in the UK and is searching for a Senior Advisor in their International Tax M&A team to join its prestigious organisation in Leeds.

As an International Tax Senior Advisor focusing on the financial services sector at this Big 4, your clients will include banks, asset management firms and insurance companies. You will enjoy a breadth of international tax work and contribute to maintaining client relationships. This also includes the opportunity to advise on the structuring aspects of some of the largest corporate M&A deals. You will also foster existing client relationships and develop your own such as smaller clients to larger multinationals.

To be considered for this position, you need to be ATT/CTA/ACA/CA qualified or equivalent with experience as a tax practitioner. Previous experience with financial services clients is advantageous but not mandatory. Finally, people management experience is vital to be successful in this role.
