In house - Tax Manager, Liverpool

In-House, Tax Manager, Globally Recognised Group.

You will  support the Head of International Tax to ensure group is compliant with all is statutory tax obligations consistent with the Global Tax Strategy. 

The role is predominantly tax advisory activities, working with Finance Team and business colleagues internally often across international boundaries to enable informed planning and decision making. For example, advice on new tax developments, changes in regulations or accounting standards, corporate transactions and the management of tax risks.  Manage transfer pricing across the group.

The role will also be involved in some  limited financial reporting activities on a quarterly basis.

You  will need strong UK corporate tax knowledge and experience and ideally knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing principles.  Mostly like you will already be operating as Group Tax Manager or Tax Senior Manager in practice.
