Senior Manager - Tax Investigations

Our client is a high-profile national firm of accountants, that has built a strong reputation in the Tax field. Their Tax Dispute Resolution team is busy, growing and one of the most dynamic areas of the firm. 

They are keen to appoint an additional Senior Tax Manager level, to manage the day to day running of investigations and disclosures. This will involve significant client exposure and liaison with HMRC, as well as strategic input on tax planning strategies.

Working closely with the partners, they will prepare, review and submit complex investigations and disclosure reports. The Senior Manager will also take part in the negotiation of settlements, submitting specific technical arguments as required.

Part of the role will also involve utilising and developing junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will have extensive enquiry, investigation and voluntary disclosure experience. They will also be an accomplished report writer and tax technician.
