VAT Compliance Senior/Assistant Manager

Your UK VAT compliance knowledge will be highly valued here. This regional accountancy firm is looking for an individual, principally to assist with their outsourcing VAT compliance offerings to international UK subsidiaries.

Expect to be:

• Reviewing work completed by staff to ensure it is compliant.
• Completing VAT returns for more complex clients.
• Maintaining a complete risk register for clients, ensuring they are flagged and managed properly.
• Providing training for the outsourcing team regarding new legislative developments and refreshers.
• Optimising digital accounting platforms – utilising new technologies where possible.
• Working closely with the advisory team when required.
• Managing relationships with all stakeholders (including clients and HMRC).
