Tax Supervisor

We are adding to our Corporate tax Team which has a growing focus on larger and multi-nationally based corporates. This will be as a member of the Thames Valley team, although we are somewhat flexible on location due to agile working options available. 

Your role as Tax Supervisor will be to support the Tax Managers, Directors & Partners in managing and controlling the activities and performance of the Tax department. You will effectively manage and carry out production of corporate tax returns and computations for a portfolio of clients and assist in tax advisory projects.

 Qualifications and skills required:

- CTA and or ACA qualified

- At least 18-24 months PQE

- Experience within a well-respected tax practice or boutique

- Demonstrable and current technical tax knowledge

- General knowledge and understanding of audit and accountancy issues

- IT literate (Excel, Word, tax software)

- Communication oral and written

- Supervisory skills

- Organisational skills

- Client focus/ commercial awareness

- Problem solving and decision making

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Be positive and committed to MHA MacIntyre Hudson in dealings with both clients and staff
