Private Equity Tax Manager - Big 4

A marketing leading Private Equity team within the Big 4 is currently seeking a commercially minded Manager level candidate to join this ever expanding team.

This role will mainly be working with Mid-Market sector funds through to the larger houses and more niche funds. You will be working directly with the key decision makers which will typically include advice on tax structuring, formations, complex tax reporting and advising of the acquisition portfolio and the impact of offshore rules. Given the nature of the clientele you will be involved with tax planning for the individuals so an awareness of private client planning would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will play a key part in future business development and provide support to the junior team members.

You will ideally be a ACA/CTA or ATT Qualified, with a strong academic record, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in dealing with all levels who has interaction with clients on a daily basis.
