Assistant Corporate Tax Manager

Do you want to work in-house but for a Big 4? Then this is the role for you.

As an Assistant Tax Manager at this London based or any of our regional office, you will work in a dynamic environment. You will report to a London based Director and the Head of Tax will be based in the US. This firm boasts a friendly and welcoming environment with a diverse group of employees.

This role will change according to the requirements of the business and the firm's network. Previous experience in International advisory and compliance projects will be ideal. You will have the chance to work with teams in different countries and support junior staff. Furthermore, you will be responsible for tax compliance filings in different jurisdictions, reviewing tax returns, handling enquiries from local tax authorities, assessing corporate tax and VAT compliance obligations, assisting in ad hoc advisory in many countries and monitoring tax legislative changes around the world.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be CTA/ACA qualified, or equivalent, with prior corporate tax experience. As an individual, you should be able to communicate effectively, be a team player, and have strong project management skills. Prior UK and International tax experience is preferable with some knowledge of indirect taxes.
