Are you currently in M&A tax or have some experience of M&A and want to develop this experience? If so, then this role could be for you.
This practice is looking to hire a senior manager to join a fledgling M&A tax team focused on OMBs and the mid-market. This business is currently benefiting from significant investment and has ambitious plans to be the premier mid-market M&A team in the UK.
The role will involve linking in with other M&A focused teams to offer a holistic transactions offering to OMBs and small listed businesses. The person will manage a broad range of projects on both the buy and sell sides, pre and post deal structuring, develop deep relationships with clients to guide them through their long term commercial journeys, work closely with directors and partners to network the market and developing new business.
The prospects to progress to director are excellent, and the firm offers a best in class flexible and part-time working and people orientated culture. Remuneration is competitive and sits comfortably in the top quartile of the market.
